The Town of Leader offers the option to receive your Utility bill electronically be email. This convenient and environmentally friendly service is part of our commitment to providing you with the best customer service possible. Please complete the form below and click submit.

Your contact information will be processed and you will start to receive your electronic bill during your next utility billing cycle. The Town of Leader water bills are issued bi-monthly (every two months). E-bill subscribers will no longer receive paper copies.
