*Please note that is it ultimately the responsibility of the property owner to ensure that all utility accounts with the Town of Leader are kept up to date and in good standing. Rental property owners should be aware of this condition as terminated utility accounts with outstanding balances may be added to the tax roll with respect to the parcel to which the utility services are provided.
The Town of Leader depends on all utility customers to ensure that their current phone number is on file with their water account.
In the event of a waterline break, the primary account holder will be contacted by the Town Office to notify in the event of a possible disruption of service.
If you have recently changed your phone number, cancelled your land line, or don’t know whether your account information is currently up to date, please contact the Town Office to speak with an Administration Staff member.
