The purpose of the Zoning Bylaw is to regulate development in the Town of Leader to provide for the amenity of the area and for the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the Town.
Zoning Bylaw No. 05/16 was adopted and received final approval from the Ministry of Government Relations in 2016. There have been several changes to the Zoning Bylaw and maps since its coming into force.
