NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Adoption of Bylaw to Amend the Town of Leader Zoning Bylaw
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Leader intends to consider the adoption of a bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw No. 05.16 under the Planning and Development Act, 2007.
INTENT/REASON OF ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT:
Lot R5 Block 26 Plan DV541 is being subdivided. The Northern portion of the subdivision is being re-zoned from CS – Community Service District to Zoning District R1 – Residential Single Dwelling District. The amendment to re-zone this land to R1 – Residential Single Dwelling District better reflects the current land use on the site.
The following lots are affected: Lots R5 Block 26 Plan DV541 as shown on the map contained within this notice.
Any person may inspect the proposed bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw during regular office hours at the Town of Leader municipal office.
Council will hold a public hearing on May 29, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers of the Town Administration Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed Bylaw. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing (or delivered to the undersigned at the municipal office before the hearing).
